Use the CanDo Pronation/Overpronation Wrist Exercise Wheel to exercise your wrist, forearm, and shoulder at home. Our wrist wheel requires little strength to use, so it is a functional rehabilitation trainer for patients of all ages and patients who are getting early rehab to overcome surgery or injury. The wrist wheel is easy to grip handlebars that fit any hand size and can be used with the bending gloves on. The handlebar is located off the center to allow for shorter or longer rolling motion. The outside of the wheel has a non-slip rubber surface that allows for smooth and stable movement. Our CanDo Pronation / Pronation Wrist Exercise Wheel is ready to use and requires little to no setup. To use, simply grip the wheel with one hand. To perform pronation, slowly rotate the wheel toward the opposite shoulder and hold the edge in a shorter position. To perform supination exercises, slowly roll the wheel from the opposite shoulder and hold it in a shorter position. Our wrist wheels are used in physical therapy and occupational therapy clinics to support patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Doctors use upper leg rehabilitation aids to guide patients through repetitive and functional movements. CanDo Pronation/Supronation Wheel measures 7" in diameter and weighs just under 1 pound. The convenient size makes it easy to pack and take it with you wherever you go. Use the wheels to perform rehabilitation exercises at home, work or on the go. Review: This is another excellent physical and occupational therapy tool for hand and wrist when recovering from a stroke. I learned about it from a Bob and Brad Physical Therapists video on YouTube, and it is helping a good friend get his strength back with patient regular use. Highly recommended by his occupational therapist. Review: I’m a stroke survivor. This helps me with my therapy.

I bought this after I had surgery to repair a broken wrist. My Occupational Therapist recommended it to me and it definitely helped to regain range of motion. Therapy requires lots of hard work and it was nice to have a tool at home that allowed me to supplement what I was doing at my appointments.

This was terrific for at home PT after breaking my arm. Definitely helped with stability & mobility. Hope you don't have to for the same reason, but it's a great purchase!
