I have had this Chi Swing Machine for a year. It is wonderful. I use it 3 to 7 times a week. It stimulates your whole body at the same time it feels like you are taking a nap. It seems very strong and durable like it will last forever. I like to wear socks that cover my ankles for a little extra comfort and to keep the good padding clean.

It arrived earlier than expected and perfectly packaged - thank you! It’s well built and very sturdy. It’s also heavier than I thought it would be. Great for relaxation and winding down at the end of the day. Extremely happy with it as part of my self-care routine.

Unbelievable the quality and craftsmanship of this product. Artistic and talented thought went into building this machine. If you suffer from back or leg spasms. THIS IS IT, FOLKS. This machine is gentle and comfy on the ankles. So there's no bruising on the ankles. No discomfort. It's a gentle rock and it definitely aligns your spine. Now I know why football players use these machines... Worth every penny and more. Forget muscle relaxers. Don't get me wrong. Medication does work. But as with any drug. You have to stay away from them. Especially these Pharmaceuticals that are running rampant. Don't be a dead duck or a has-been to Pharmaceuticals. They're not exactly your friend. This machine is a life saver for people that are inactive or active like me who occasionally misaligned their spine in sport. ...Ah, to be 20 again. Don't even look at a cheap machine. You'll be saying oh man I got to get now a cover for the cradle, I got to wear socks, the base bounces around, and the thing is loud. ...thus is the folly of the cheap machine . .As for the performance of this machine, (excellent..!!!) It allows you to dial how much oscillation ( rocking) you want from the cradle. The control handle has speed dial and 3 buttons; program, for an intense workout which varies the oscillation of the cradle during a certain time period, next a timer and then an on, off power button. The base has a main power button in protective clear plastic, (impressive...!!!). I had brought a cheaper machine before this one. It banged up my ankles and loud. Felt like I went to judo where they beat up your ankles so you can develop a strong, rooted foundation. And adding to this... they beat you up and toss you all over the place. That way when you're out in the street and you get jumped ...it's like you're in a time warp. Every move you make is fluid and calculating... your opponent or opponents; ...heaven help them. For the older people out there that are having mobility issues. This is it. Your ticket to wellness. As for me I'll continue with kettlebell training and CrossFit sessions. And to top it off this remarkable machine to stay in alignment. LOL.. Dave

Just a few minutes with my legs on the chi machine helps me relax, and then when I turn off the machine, I can feel energized throughout my body.

I tried this at a friend’s and just loved it. It is wonderfully relaxing. My back feels great.

It arrived very quickly. The well-packed box was in another much larger box without any padding, and was shifting all around, but nothing seemed to be broken. When I first turned it on, I it went so slow, that I thought it was worthless. But after reading the instructions on Internet, and following them, I was amazed. At higher speeds, which my body can take, I was moving like a fish in water. The programmed workouts are very relaxing, and muscle loosening. My posture immediately improved, and I am not slumping. I tried the #2 auto workout, and it made me want to nap/rest; rather than energizer. But maybe my body needed that. It is very relaxing and seems to get the body back into alignment. I look forward to using this machine several times a day, and enjoying the pleasant tingling results.

I had my doubt, but I was delighted after trying it. My back pain was eased right after a 15min use. I don’t think it gave me a “workout” anywhere near jogging, or helped with my bowel movement, but for me, the relaxation and the back pain relief are definitely working. Another good thing is how quiet it is, very friendly to people downstairs, especially if you put a mat or carpet underneath as well. It’s relatively easy to use, but it might take some trying before you found the best intensity for you.

I use this after work to signal to my body that it’s time to shift gears. I don’t use it for physical health issues, so I can’t comment on that, but it definitely helps me. Living in a top-floor apartment, I can't bounce off the walls & dance without annoying my neighbors or feeling embarrassed, so this machine is a great solution. I can just lie down, put on my headphones, and watch an ambient video on the TV. Soon, i’m not thinking about work and my manager. I’m new to the connection between body & mind because these things aren’t taught to you, but the best way I can describe how it feels is similar to when you stretch, except it involves your whole body, and the feeling lasts for about 15 minutes, even after the machine shuts off. I just lay there after it finishes its run (which you can set on a timer & intensity). It’s very well built & doesn’t feel cheap. I was relieved that the plug is UK, no adaption needed as US plugs worry me if not just because of lack of attention to detail . I don’t know much about Eastern philosophy yet, but I believe this is why it’s called Chi. Whatever it is, it feels like a flow of energy, not in a mystical sense, but physically. I wasn’t sure what I needed, but I was intrigued by the concept of nervous system regulation. This machine has lasted me 5 years and is still going strong, despite me using it most days on the highest setting. I’ve just noticed I bought this during covid, we all made discoveries around that time I feel. I have a small apartment, so it fits neatly into my footstool when I need to store it so I don’t have to look at a random machine in my living room. When I use it, I lay it on a padded camping mat, put on my headphones, and enjoy the experience, the cable for the dial goes longer than the photo I just put it lower so it fit in the photo meaning you can adjust or stop / start it while using. If it lasts another five years+, I’ll update the review if I find any other uses for it beyond relaxation hopefully won’t need to. I want to get the spinning thing you put under to intensify the shake, not sure if it makes a difference. (Excuse the carpet, my hoover broke, maybe i'll be back in 5 years to review a hoover that doesn't break after a few months.) My friends have tried it too, it’s an unusual party trick, some don’t like it on the highest setting because it makes your feet hit together but hey it’s my preference & kind of part of the point if that makes sense. Side tangent, Oddly, I have a twin sister who experiences the 'tingles' from ASMR, but I’ve never felt that sensation & sorry I find ASMR something I can’t watch, each to their own. It’s strange because we’re identical twins. I guess where that thought was going was that this is not a subjective feeling like a sound that you either have or don’t, it’s a physical tool & one that I love dearly. Anyways if I ever had to rebuy it, I would. I'm too lazy for yoga 😁 We don't have set P.E classes as adults so we gotta find ways to incorporate the mind body connection.

Still early days of using this machine but so far we think it’s helping. After certain activities my wife would have sore hip due to pincer bone socket but after laying down for 15 minutes with this machine she has relief. My lower back discomfort seems to have gone completely, now bending down without any discomfort. So far it’s been worth it.

This machine has inspired me to write my first ever Amazon review. I've only had it for 4 days but I'm already in love with it, using it for 5 minutes, 3 times a day. On its lowest setting it's so relaxing (great before bed or when feeling frazzled) and on higher speeds it's relaxing but also invigorating (great for morning and afternoon pick-me-up). So far the benefits I've felt are: physical and mental relaxation during and after use, a sense of wellbeing after use, more sustained energy and better sleep patterns (quite an achievement as I have CFS/ME and these are my most problematic symptoms), improved posture, feeling more centred and strong in my body, and relief of muscle tension, including relief of TMJ. I also haven't had a sciatic twinge or flare up since using it but that fluctuates anyway so it's a bit too early to call. Obviously it's still early days and I haven't even worked up to the highest speed yet but with these results so far I'm seriously impressed. My mum is also hooked on it, popping over to have a go and I'll be inviting all my visitors a try on it. :) The price I paid was fantastic (it was reduced to £59.00 and worth every penny), it arrived quickly, it comes with a two year warranty and it's nice and quiet. My only criticisms are that it's quite big, heavy and medical looking so it's not the prettiest of things to have lying around when not in use and it's not the easiest to hide away if, like me, you're short on space. Those points are easily forgiven though because of the immediate and fantastic results.
