These are supposed to help people with problems in their cervical vertebrae, and they don't. The bump in the middle is supposed to support the neck vertebrae when you sleep on your back or your side, but the bump is not high enough and the foam is not firm enough. I return one and don't use the other one very much, because I found one that provides better support.

For me, this is the best pillow I've ever had. Personally I love firm and this one's particular shape just works for me. I had a regular shaped contour pillow previously and didn't realize it sucked before trying this one! Not sure if everyone would like it, but for me it has helped my neck pain. I wake up without neck pain now!

Disappointed with this product, that gradual slope up instead of the usual dip did not fit my neck properly. Maybe would work well for someone taller, with a longer neck. The quality was good and nice foam, just the design wrong for a 5'3" female.

Bought this pillow for hubby to see if it would help reduce his snoring. Happy to report that it works well as long as his neck is well rested on the raised part of the pillow.
