Great kit for PS4 Slim controller. Videos on how to replace ar short and easy. Was charging controller a couple times a day, now they last more than 2 days of play. I just upgraded my HDD to 2T so we can download all the games we want with no issues.

Quick and easy installation. Took about 5 minutes to replace the battery in my ps4 controller and it came fully charged. It’s about twice the size of the stock battery but it still fit perfectly. These 2000mah batteries will last much longer than the stock battery which is 1000mah. At $10 for a set of two batteries plus the tools needed to replace the battery this is an excellent deal.

So far so good. I was unable to ID the controllers based on labeling since cleaning them also destroys the label... So had to look-up the date I purchased the PS4 system, used that with cross reference to the markings on the battery package. The part number looked like a simple serial number, turned out to a reference-able part number. Yes you can use the part number on the battery you have in hand. However, double check in anyway you can. It seems most batteries on the market are not product specific and can be installed in several generations of controllers. The result is each battery has two usable connections. You will only use the one that fits. Do not try to force it to fit, it should only go in one way. My original battery was a 1000mAh and this new one is advertised 2000mAh. I am not sure 2000mAh can fit in the small package, but have not tested capacity either. Some advertise 6000mAh, which is flat out impossible without changing size, chemistry or breaking physics. Note the size of the package. This one looked to be mostly the same as the OEM, complete with a small dog ear on the corner. The dog ear is needed as the tray it rests in has that same edge shape. It is a perfect fit for the original. A perfectly rectangular battery probably would not fit. A battery much bigger would not fit. And this was my concern as some looked to be offering a longer package which might allow more capacity but, might not have fit. Capacity, unknown: Advertised 2000mAh. Run time: Not yet fully tested. Quality: Packaging was normal, quality of the internal construction is unknown. Battery Heat: Unknown, I suspect this is a lithium poly and they normaly should not get hot. I have not noticed any heat and it should stay that way. This is not like a NMH where charging normaly makes it warm. I think the AI is is a little confused when it asks about heat. Functionality: Direct replacement for OEM, compatible with multiple generations. Value: $6.5 each is almost as cheep as a 9V. Technical a bargain for custom. But against all other types, pretty average.

Both batteries arrived dead. After installing, I charged them both and neither would hold a charge. Intried several cables, charging ports etc. and none worked. Would have liked to have the same experience as other but unfortunately the batteries that were sent to me were no good. Would not recommend.

The batteries work except I had to break the plastic open in order for the battery to fit my PS4 controller not sure about the PS4 pro controller but other than that it works so I gave it a five stars

Just a great product, I took the time to take out the factory ones and replaced them with these,it was the best for game night with my wife and kids, so happy I stumbled on to these rechargeable batteries pack for my PlayStation 4. But the time I had to recharge them they were almost full from the game night, which was crazy. Fast response to getting them recharged and just great quality.
