Great staple for a community tank.
These flakes are great for a variety of fish. I use it in community tanks from 20 to 100 gallons. It doesn't cloud the water or leave debris. The fish love it and are in excellent condition. Been using it for about 20 years with great results.

Monster Can Of Fish Flakes & It Doesn't Make Their Poop A Funny Color!
This is the third can of fish flakes that I have bought during my adult life. The first time we set up a fish tank we had tropical fish, with a Clown Fish and a Blue Damsel. We soon found out that our Blue Damsel was the Devil himself and he killed any other fish, crab, snail, or anything that we put in the tank with him. Therefore, our first can of fish flakes lasted a looooooong time since the Devil Fish was the only thing we were feeding. It wasn't until an unfortunate Bio Bubble malfunction that the Devil fish died and we were able to have more than one fish. I can't for the life of me remember the brand of the first can we had but once we had more than one fish we burned through the can fairly quickly. We got guppies. And if you know anything about guppies, 11 guppies quickly turned into over 40. The next can of fish flakes we bought had only orange flakes. Our biggest mistake was putting black rocks in the tank. The orange flakes made orange poop. And you could see every bit of it against the rocks. This can has a variety of different colors and does not make the fish poop a crazy color that stands out against the rocks or tank decor. We now have an uncountable amount of guppies. They all swim to the top when this giant can of fish flakes comes out. The price was unbeatable. We had seen this size in a store and of course, since I found it cheaper on Amazon, I ordered it here. I also appreciate that my small humans don't have the dexterity to get this monster can of fish flakes open on there own, I don't want to waste fish flakes by spilling them all over the place.

Easy to feed
This algae is very easy to feed. The directions are only for algae, eating fish. I bought this to use for my aquarium snails at this point I feed one pallet about once a week they seem to do doing very well on this algae. My tank has not become overrun with algae or any other grossness that can be associated with fish sticks.

Roy loves it!
Let me introduce you to Roy, the rotund angel fish who's been living his best life thanks to this flake fish food. You see, Roy here used to be a bit of a porker, indulging in other brands of fish food like they were going out of style. But ever since I switched to these flakes, Roy has transformed from pudgy to positively svelte – he's practically doing underwater aerobics in his tank! It's like witnessing a fishy miracle before my very eyes. Not only is Roy shedding the pounds, but he's also become the envy of the aquarium community with his newfound fishy physique. I swear, I caught him flexing his fins in the mirror the other day. So, if you've got a Roy of your own who's been hitting the fish food buffet a little too hard, do him a favor and switch to these flakes. Your fishy friend will thank you, and who knows, maybe they'll even invite you to their underwater fitness classes. Just don't be surprised if you start seeing fish-sized yoga mats and tiny dumbbells floating around the tank – Roy's on a mission to get ripped!

Aqueon Tropical Flakes - A Middle-of-the-Road Choice
Pros: 1. The quality of the flakes is decent, and most of my tropical fish seem to like them. 2. They don’t cloud the water, helping to maintain water clarity. 3. The container is well-designed, preventing spills and keeping the flakes fresh.Cons: 1. Some of the flakes are a bit large for smaller fish, also it stales after a couple times of use. making it challenging for them to eat. 2. While the flakes serve as a sufficient food source, I didn’t notice a significant improvement in my fish’s overall health or vibrancy. 3. The price is somewhat higher compared to other alternatives in the market. In summary, Aqueon Tropical Flakes provide a middle-of-the-road option for feeding your tropical fish. They do the job but don’t excel. If you’re looking for an affordable and practical choice, they might be worth considering, although keep in mind the size concern for smaller fish.
