Great flavour
This is one of my favourite flavours of grenade bars. They are very rich and sumptuous, sweet without being overly so. The nutritional content is good, very high in protein and relatively low in fats and sugars. These are a very good snack during the day or just after exercise, as they taste good and are good for muscle health. It's worth getting these in a bulk purchase as it makes it better value for money, so I would definitely recommend these. Not suitable for vegans as this is a whey based product.

Repeat purchase. Had previously bought these in a different flavour multipack some time ago to give as a gift for secret santa at work to give to my mate Alfie. These high protein, low sugar nutrition bars seems to have given him such a boost in energy levels that his co-worker Lucinda has just announced she’s pregnant. They’re very happy and expecting the baby around September time, which means must have been conceived around the time he got his secret santa protein bars, that’s why I’m giving these 5 stars. 100% recommend for all sports performance and recovery

Read the ingredients
Bought the daek chocolate raspberry one and credit where its due... The bar tastes almost like a normal chocolate bar. Even the texture is not chewy like other protein bars. Unfortunately after buying and consuming for a few weeks i read the ingredients list. While it is low in "sugar" the raspberry one contains things like maltodextrin which are worse than sugar. Won't be buying

Great value for bundle and the taste is amazing
For me, this is probably the best Grenade protein bar I've tasted. I've tasted a few other ones before but this is on top of my list for now.The value is great because it's in a bundle. Usually buying single ones at the shops will cost you around £2.50 per bar, obviously that's very expensive. But this is a great deal.Protein amount is great, I ate 2 a day to increase my protein as I work out a lot.Also this is great when you're on a keto diet as I am. There's a small amount of carbs and sugars and it uses polyols which you can eat and don't need count when counting carbs.
