Very good.
It was made of a super good material, let alone its design, it is very nice, it does not weigh at all and it is of ideal size.

Modern Art
Modern art is what I would call this knife.I have a hard time believing this was manufactured in Japan considering the price piont. There is no other indications of origin however. It's too kool to go randomly chopping on stuff.I may get another for gift giving.

NOT FULL TANG! False advertising- this is a show piece, NOT for Bushcraft! Broke chopping garlic!
I bought this for moderate use around the campsite because it was advertised as full tang. It is NOT! It has been welded shoddy and the metal overheated ABOVE the pins in the handle creating an obvious weak point... I can only imagine if you were to try to chop wood or sticks it would probably break instantly. It's a very sharp blade, so breaking could easily cause serious injury. I was shaving some bamboo then started chopping vegetables and it broke while dicing garlic. I was stunned at the blatant false advertising but I took a chance being that there were no reviews on a new product. Next time I'm going to ensure the blade runs full tang in the pictures and has reviewers. Be warned, save your money or choose a different product. There are plenty in this style that are actually solid. At first I wanted a replacement, but I started to realize this must be how all of them are- so... refund. It actually looks like a beautiful piece but it is definitely not for any real-world use, much less bushcrafting.

beauty with junk functionality (wall hanger at best)
I am not dagger expert but I've went through a bunch of smaller knives and for a budget dagger/bushwhacker/tanto, this is VERY WELL MADE!! I'm looking for things to say that need improvement, I cannot find any so far, specially for the price, it punches above its budget. from sheathe looks and retention, to edge grind everything looks legit quality, i think the leather is PU but its cut and made VERY NICELY. I'm going to trust that this is genuine D2 steel and heat treated properly, I will see in time when i take it out for some bushwhacking, and i almost don't want to because its so nice, but it is thick and durable enough for bush work/heavy use. the weight of the blade is kind of heavy for being slim but the balance is near the guard just a above it so it is a fairly fast to handle for defensive purposes or long use being around a pound at this size. UPADATE, during a little bit of battoning the first time using it, the weld inside the "tang" broke completely off. 2 stars for being a pretty wall hanger, 3 stars off for welding a fake full tang having 0 bush functionality and false advertising claiming this to be a bush craft knife in the photo...
