This electrolyte patch really works!
Truly works! I do not feel heart palpitations any more and do not have to drink electrolite drinks that would effect my GI and you don't have to live in the bathroom because you drank so much liquid. Great for athletes to replenish electrolityes also as you age, you deplte electrolites quicker. You will not wake up with a hang over if you put a patch on prior to drinking that evening.

Seems to help in the summer heat
I really wasn’t sure on these, but as an endurance runner trying to get my long runs in in the summer, I thought I would give them a try. I don’t know 100% that I can tell a difference, but I will say I didn’t feel as drained or crampy after my run. I usually take oral electrolytes, and I like the idea of transdermal assistance. I’ll probably still keep my oral electrolytes with me, but will definitely keep using these and will update if I have any other thoughts

I don't feel like it did anything. After further investigation, I think it's bogus and unproven.

They work
These are a good alternative to more expensive brands such as HydraPatch, however the corners tend unstick. It does seem to help with hydration a little bit.
