MIC doesn't work for calls for this product
If you are interested in this product for calling point of view then it's not right product as MIC doesn't work for calling. MiC works only for recording and this is very strange and support team couldn't give me answer to this question. So for head phone listening point of view I will rate it 4 and from over all point of view as 2 since major feature of MIC for calling doesn't work

Comfortable, Practical and Great Sound for Everyday Use
Very happy with these earphones. I previously tried AirPods-style earbuds but never felt comfortable with them. They kept falling out and using the charging case all the time became annoying. These OnePlus neckband earphones are much more comfortable for me. The magnetic earbuds are very convenient and the connection to both my Android phone and laptop is fast and reliable. Sound quality is great for everyday use — good bass, clear vocals, and very enjoyable for music, films, YouTube, and Zoom calls. Battery life and charging speed are also excellent. Overall, a very practical and comfortable choice for daily use.
