No Customer Support or Replacement Parts
I had this shower installed during a recent renovation project. (May 2025) I enjoy the system and it works well, however I had a failure in the control panel with the "Water Generator", which is advertised as something that cam be removed for maintenance and replaced if necessary. However, I cannot find ANY customer support information, nor can I find any replacement parts for this model except for items like the shower head or hand wand. I'd given this product a 5 star review, but there is absolutely zero support available that I can find! I attached photos of the part that failed, you can see near the top the plastic threads separated and caused a huge leak. Seems liek a relatively easy fix, but I can't find the part.

Check all moving parts before installing.
Looks great in pkg. just check the parts out, ordered 2 and they both had defective parts. Had no problem sending them back.
