High quality, easy to put together; just be prepared that it will take 30 minutes to assemble.

Looks great and guests love storage options. Quite a bit of assembly needed.

UPDATE: Amazon customer service finally gave me a way to contact the seller. The seller responded within 24 hrs and provided the instructions digitally. This is a good little unit and I believe it will work well. Just need more QA to ensure everything is included in the box before packing and shipping. ORIGINAL REVIEW: No instructions were included. Amazon customer service was not helpful with that. So I tried to just put it together. I get to the end and realize that the top bars are not long enough to attach to the unit. This is the most annoying thing ever. I finally figured it out but it sure would have been easier with instructions.

Bought these for our guest bedroom. They work very well for placing suitcase on top and having some cubbies for clothing in a small guest room/closet. We keep them set up, as it is a bit of work to collapse them.

Cute but a little expensive for the quality.

The luggage racks are easy to assemble and a great addition in our guest rooms. Love the additional storage below the rack.
