When I received this Gesto RGB LED strip, the plastic was already broken, and the strip itself was very small and extremely cheap quality. It feels like a toy, not a gaming accessory. The music sync is absolute trash. It does NOT sync with TV sound at all. I bought this specifically to enhance my PS5 gaming experience on TV, but there is no TV audio sync feature. The only way the “music sync” works is through the mobile app using your phone’s microphone. That means you literally have to open your phone and strap it near the TV speakers so it can catch the sound. This is ridiculous and completely impractical. What’s the point of a TV backlight if it can’t sync with TV audio directly? This product is a waste of money. Don’t buy it. Even if you get it for free, throw it in the trash bag. I would’ve given it 0 stars, but unfortunately that option doesn’t exist. It doesn’t even deserve this 1 star.

I bought in sep 22 , remote stopped working after 4 weeks , others are perfect, music sync available but only for downloaded songs not streaming like apps on Spotify, you want a light sync with music you want to download it !

I installed this RGB strip light behind my monitor, and it has been a fantastic addition to my setup. This is one of the worst RGB strip lights I’ve ever purchased. Only one color works, so calling it “RGB” is misleading. The strip broke from the starting point itself while pasting, which shows how cheap and low-grade the material is. The adhesive is useless and the quality is pathetic. It feels like a defective product sold without proper testing. Total waste of money. Do not buy this under any circumstances.

So the day I received this light it was awesome and the next day the connection were lose but I wanted to stick it on a wall so a managed to do that with no issue. After 3-4 days one of the light showing different color. I’ll add the images and videos. And the build quality of the strip is so poor(super thin) and if you buy this one make sure to not twist it too much or it much lose the connection resulting in damage. And the best part of the light is that the app compatibility is super amazing. The response time is super good and it has memory, plus we can add our favourite color in the app itself to switch colors easily.
