I use this device with my A7IV during longer shoots. I keep it plugged into a V-mount battery, and it’s changed my life. I used to worry about overheating, but now I can leave it unattended and feel completely confident it won’t overheat. The temperature display is a great feature.

It does cool my camera very well

Ulanzi is make much better products. This thing made my Canon R5 MkII last way longer. Temperature just stay cool and I dont have to worry about it anymore. Quality feels great. Noise level is normal. I rather work with the sounds at any given speed than have my camera turn off because the temperature is too much. I wish it had a speed dial instead.

Bought this because my Sony ZV-E10 kept shutting off in the summer. I use it as a webcam primarily so this was frustrating. Tried all the other tricks like the dummy battery, it all helps, but this makes the most difference. Indispensable if you want to use a camera like mine all day in a hot climate.
