Easy to install
First set came incomplete. Some parts were missing. Second one was great. It even includes a silicone!Expensive, but helped me to fix a water loss

All parts good replacement
It's just the parts though, no instructions so you'll need to know or figure out ot YouTube how to change out.

Fits old Sears/Kenmore water softener
This kit fits Kenmore water softener model number 625.348490. The water softener ask for the seal kit 7129716 and this one fits perfectly. The included instructions are very clear. If you have not serviced your softener for a long time, I would suggest getting the part 7103964 Rotor & Disk. The disk wears out and grooves develop in it. The seals are not as effective. If you want to save some money, you can refinish the surface of the disk. You would need a piece of glass to provide a absolutely flat surface and dry/wet sand paper 9x11 sheets with 200, 600, 1500 grits. Take a quarter of a sheet of the 200 grit sandpaper and wet it in the container of water. Place on the flat surface and wet the rotor in the same container. Now sand the rotor with minimal pressure until the surface is absolutely flat ans has no grooves. You need to wash off the rotor and the sandpaper periodically every minute or two to prevent clogging. It should take about 20 to 30 minutes if your rotor has deep grooves. Do not sand after the surface is flat.Repeat this process with the 600 and 1500 grit sandpaper but not for as long, maybe 10-15 minutes. You should have a perfectly flat and smooth surface at the end of this process. The rotor is spring loaded to the seals and sanding off 1/10th of mm should not have any bad effects. You can use a higher grit sand paper like 2500 as a forth pass, making surface even smoother.Took me about 2 hours to do the refinishing and seal replacement, an easy job.
