These work great for any kind of pain, bruises, sprains, overused muscles, you name it! The only thing I don’t like is the coldness on application. Its an immediate coldness and not one that eases in like bengay. I don’t mind it on my hands or legs but I dislike applying it to my back - I cinch every time! It has great ingredients, is what my physical therapist said and it relieves pain like it says! I highly recommend this. My mom uses it, she’s 87. My teens uses it, they are 15 and 17 and I use it! We all have different ailments and it relieves all our pains!! Love it!!!

For starters, I found out about this product from the wellness center that was doing my PT, post car accident. One evening, the pain and muscle spasms were so unbearable, I tried this product. Talk about instant relief. I was so mad at myself that I didn't try it sooner!! Second, a big plus is the fact it's a roll-on...no worries about getting any residue in the eyes. Third, this product dries fast and after a few minutes, one can get dressed and it will not stain clothes, sheets, etc. Extra bonus: if you have sinus issues, this clears the sinus cavities and nasal passages for hours!! Best part? Finding it on Amazon for one fifth the price the wellness center was charging me!! Oh and for those of you that think BioFreeze is the best pain reliever - there is NO COMPARISON. Easy roll on to affected areas

I used this product the first time for lower back pain. It was recommended by my massage therapist at the chiropractor's office. It exceeded expectations! I have used BioFreeze, Voltaren Gel, EFAC, ice out of the freezer and a special compounding lotion from an Apothecary called in by my ortho doc. Now, I'm not going to say that Voltaren Gel and the compounding lotion don't do things that this can't because they do, they are RX's, so I still use them. But Cryoderm feels like putting an ice pack on my back and lasts for hours! It's excellent. I have also started using it if I have a little ache here or there, offer it to other people, keep one in my purse, gym bag, and night stand. I also love the roller applicator! It is totally convenient and non-messy. This also has very little odor.

This product was recommended to me last year by a friend. It works fast on my muscle aches and pains. It's so quick that within minutes my ache is gone. I love the roll on because I don't like to get these products on my hands as I am a contact lense wearer. With other products that are creams you have to rub them in and the product is hard to wash off your hand and fingers completely. I have shared this with my 84 year old mother. The product has helped her also. The only draw back she has found is you are not supposed to cover over the area it's used on so she doesn't use it before bed as she is tightly covered with blankets. This 5 pack is an excellent price! Best deal I've seen. Once you try this you will be hooked. Con for me is my husband doesn't like the scent.

This helps with my headaches that come from my neck. It's clear and dries quickly, and it doesn't have that horrible smell that some creams do.
