I bought this primarily for reading because the typical bright screens tire my eyes sooner than I'd like. Using the ink paper mode of this tablet truly lets me read for much longer times than I even expected. That ability alone makes this device worth the price. If this capability is what you're looking for, I think you'll be quite happy with the ink paper mode. But the other two modes work well too, and will also contribute to getting more on-screen time, or more comfortable time when you are using it due to the engineering of the screen. The claims really work. The TCL skin on this Android 15 OS is pretty well designed and offers a lot of features with things like full color drawing, voice-to-text, and a host of others. Too many to go into detail here. With 8GB ROM and 128 RAM, it's snappy and I've been surprised to find it so capable. The 4 speakers sound very good. Photos and video are only passable as you might expect for this price. It's not too heavy and the quality of construction is quite good. It has a large 8000 mAh battery which provides a lot of use before needing to be recharged. It doesn't look cheap, but is actually fairly handsome. All said, I've been very happy with this tablet. For the price, it's worth the money and a 5 star review.

Okay I bought this because of chronic headaches caused by my kindle. I've been a stout kindle only for many years from the days of kindle hdx which was the best and still is in my opinion. I have a couple things to say. Shipping was fast and accurate. All accessories work as advertised. I've never used a matte screen before and it's taking some getting used to. The glare when in dark mode is annoying as heck. But this is literally like a book and pages are normally white and it works best that way. Very fast and responsive. Screen feels so interesting when swiping when reading. No finger prints and speakers are awesome. Playing with the sizing is fun cause when it says huge it means it. I've only had it or a day and this was a birthday gift to myself I had to wait for prime day to get since I researched the heck out of this after seeing one ad. I was going to get the 11 plus from Walmart but this is the better deal. Micro SD card is not compatible with one from the fire tablet 10 plus tho so that's a bummer. No complaints yet and no headaches either. The vision technology is really fun and I like the android environment . The pen is interesting to and it makes my writing look like it does on normal paper. I've tried a apple pen and tablet before and wanted to scream. Writing on glass sucks. I'm not a drawer so how it works with sketching I'm not sure but seems like it would be good. Reading webtoons, manga, books, web articles is awesome. Very happy with purchase may update later.

TCL has stepped it up with this model. I love the screen and how you can switch between paper style and back to the original screen. The pen is ready to use and is perfectly responsive. They design is very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. The only thing that kinda made me pout was the micro sd tray. Wasn’t expecting that lol, I thought it was a sim tray, service would have made it even better. The memory could be better but you are able to get a card. All in all, excellent device and a great gift for anyone needing a tablet. Have not tried gaming on it, so I don’t know how powerful it is in that regard.

I just received the tablet yesterday and have been enjoying it for the past 20 hours or so. I've been using it along side the Ipad Pro from 2020. Here are some observations: In the box: The Tablet A smart pencil/stylus A case I bought mine for $199 plus tax (on sale). The performance has been great. It's definitely not as fast, beautiful, or has the audio of an ipad pro, but boy is it close! The battery life has been great. I charged the device to 100% and was playing around with it for about 5 hours reading, watching YouTube, and downloading apps. I ended at about 81% I was very surprised by how vibrant the colors were and and performance. The case is not great, but it's free. It provides ample protection, but not much else. The pencil, works for me, it's similar to the apple pencil in feel, but I think it needs a good application that isn't the notes app to get the most out of it.

The quality of the tablet is excellent. It works smoothly, and feels very well made. Its includes accesories that makes it a great value. Tha image quality is good with clear and bright colors that are perfect for watching videos, reading and studying . My kids are very happy with the tablet but works for all ages perfectly. Overall, is a very good option for the price.

This device solves my dissatisfaction with the lack of a decent cover available for the NXTPAPER 11 Plus. If only TCL made a similar cover for the larger tablet I wouldn't have bought this one. This tablet bundle is great. I accidentally dropped it down carpeted stairs where it bounced into a wall at the bottom but the thin light, cover included protected it well and no damage resulted. It feels as speedy as the 11 Plus and works great. The color and screen quality can't be beat. Makes a perfect Kindle. Great device for reading, email and looking at information. Lacks the power needed for complex computing or gaming.

I LOVE THIS TABLET. Had it for one week now. I researched multiple tablets before finally settling on this one. I wanted something that served two primary purposes: 1) Notebook with good handwriting ability and 2) Kindle replacement. This tablet does both exceptionally well. I use OneNote for note taking. The tablet version of One Note does not have writing-to-text mode which is a bummer, but I've managed to use just hand writing with minimal issues. Since One Note syncs between my tablet and PC I can access the same notes on both. The included note taking app will to writing-to-text but I don't like it nearly as much as One Note. The Kindle app is outstanding. This tablet is a good bit bigger than my kindle paperwhite and that took some getting used to, but l'm used to holding this now and it works great. The paper modes really are great. I've tried "regular" mode (high color definition like any tablet), "Ink Paper" mode (black and white like my kindle paperwhite) and finally I've settled on "Color Paper" mode, which is what I imagine a color kindle would be like (I've never used one). Battery life is great. Two days of constant use at work and home and I'm only at 68% now. Bottom line: I'm extremely pleased that I bought this tablet and I highly recommend it.

I'm very happy with my TCL NETPAPER 11 Gen 2. The original purchase failed after only 3 days of operation, but I was pleased with its performance while it worked as well as the tech service from TCL. The tablet got stuck in a reboot loop that could not be easily resolved quickly, so they recommended returning it to Amazon for a quicker replacement. I received a new one from Amazon in a few days and it is working perfectly. I use it mostly for reading, browsing with Chrome, Word docs, and Excel spreadsheets. It's not the fastest machine, but it's speed is more than adequate. Set up was easy, the screen and apps are responsive to touch, Wi-Fi speeds are fast (I'm getting around 220 Mbps download-upload speeds), and the included pen functions nicely, although I prefer to just use my finger. I don't expect to do any drawing, so my use of the pen will not likely be too often. The pen magnetically sticks to the case and easily falls off. I use the Blu-tooth for tethering to my phone if I don't have wi-fi available - works well with a satisfactory 5G. Battery charges fairly quickly and I'm able to get about 2-3 days of run time between charges. This TCL tablet is a great value.
