I use this after shampooing, as a conditioner. It takes 5-6 pumps of product to saturate my hair that goes to halfway down my back (I also have a lot of hair). Bless the invention of dry shampoo because I only wash my hair every third day and that helps justify the price for me. My boyfriend mentioned how much healthier and softer my hair is now and that alone is enough to make me want to repurchase because it takes the man forever to notice any changes in my physical appearance. The scent is very pleasant and overall it feels like a luxurious spa/salon experience but in my shower so it's perfect after a long day.
