I LOVE this tool! It gets all the gunk out. I have a facial steamer and I steam my face for about 5-10min and then go in with this tool. It pulls EVERYTHING out. My pores are so clean after using this. I definitely recommend. For the price, the value is well worth it.

I really like this, I can see all the "gunk" that it pushes up out of my pores and leaves my face very smooth. It doesn't push out the deeper clogged pores but I find it is easier to use an extraction tool on the tough clogged pores and they are easier to clear.

This thing is amazing! I think the negative reviews may be from people using it incorrectly. I have purchased it twice and neither one has been defective. The first one broke (totally my fault) because I left it in the shower and it got soaked and shorted out. I use it twice a week with cleanser. I wouldn't recommened for daily use or it can cause irritation. The first couple of times I used it after cleasing and it didn't seem to do much and irritated my skin a bit. But then I started using it with cleanser still on. I couldn't believe the amount of gunk that came out of my pores! And no irritation. With any stubborn clogs I go over the area using the corner of the tool until it comes out. If it doesn't come out after a few passes I leave it alone. Even if clogs don't come out, the ultrasonic helps to loosen them so they come out on their own later. It's important to glide it over WET skin GENTLY. Using it with cleanser has provided me with excellent results every time. It's also important to read the directions. The angle and side you use provides different results, too. I definitely recommend this!

I’d give it a 0 rating if I could. It looks great but after one use it won’t work. It charges just fine but when you take it off the charger it won’t turn on. Plus, they’ve made it so that it doesn’t work when charging. How convenient!! It’s worthless. Here’s the thing folks. Maybe I am not the norm, but who uses products the day after they get them. Life is moving and you just haven’t given your self the time to use them, especially if they are personal items. Hence, I missed the return window. Of course, it is my fault that I waited 7 days after the month’s warranty expired to use it a second time. But folks, these products sold on Amazon need to be made better. I’m not the only review that said it quit working. It’s nothing but a poorly made, useless product. This to me not only reflects the product but also the Seller. No Seller could sell this product with good intentions. They don’t care, they’ve collected their money and off they go. I will never buy from this Seller again!

It was a decent tool that I used every 2 weeks or so. Unfortunately, after 1 year of use it died: doesn't turn on or charge...

Nice slim design can’t wait to try it. Ok so it’s been just over a week of using this and I promised to review it again after using it. First thing it’s easy to hold in ur hand while letting it cleanse ur skin. Second since using this just over a week I’ve noticed a clearer complexion, third it really helped to get the gunk out of my skin and the stuck blackheads that were on my nose!! I had the hardest time getting those out but after using this it was a breeze. I can’t believe I wasted my money on blackhead strips that only got a few and left me with widened pores. This product really got all of my deep blackheads out. I’m going to say the same for my teen son which I purchased one for him too. He said mom this is the best thing ever! It made such a good difference to our skin. Fourth I’ve noticed where the blackheads were those pores are becoming less noticeable and are almost smoothed out and diminishing. I never believed this face scrubber to really do all this until I actually tried it. It leaves ur skin soft to touch, smoother, brighter and clean. I know it says use only 2-3 times a week, but I used it everyday morning and night for over a week and I’m soooo happy. I will cut back say 2-3 days a week but I’m hooked so will see 😉 the product is not over priced like some it’s within my range to make a good investment for something that works. This is why I brought two one for me and one for my teen son. We will never hv to spend money on nose strips that do half the job. This product is the best thing I’ve ever brought to clear our skin. I love it.

My skin feels smoother and looks clearer after just a few uses. A great addition to any skincare routine! It’s very fast and the suction power is amazing! The value of the product is great!
