Diodes usually don't come in 0805 standard size. They have different standard packages like SMA or SOT-23, although some sizes can sort of be made to work in an 0805 PCB footprint for a one-time experiment. For the diodes in this kit (and probably most kits), the package size depends on the part. So you'd have to look up each part datasheet to see the package size.
