まず驚いたのが、とにかく軽くて薄いこと。片手でひょいと持ち上げられるので、切った野菜をそのまま鍋に移したり、使った後にサッと洗ったりするのが本当に楽ちんです。場所を取らないので、収納にも困りません。木製なのに、水が染み込まずカビにくいのも嬉しいポイント。食洗機で丸洗いできるので、常に清潔な状態をキープできるのが最高です。 ただ、使っていて少し気になる点も。包丁が当たる時に「カチカチ」と硬い音がすることと、やはり包丁の刃跡はついてしまいます。

購入時の名称は「ギフトセットS/M2枚入り」でしたがM単品のみが送られてきました。交換しても同じでしたのでやむなくこのまま使うことにしました。物自体は何度もリピ買いしている非常に使い勝手の良い商品です。 現在は表記がM単品に変更されたので問題は解消していると思われます。

買って間違いないです。 匂いも色もつかないので長く使えそうです！ サイズ感は、鶏肉1枚乗せても十分作業する余裕がある大きさなので基本なんでもいけます！まな板に切れ目がつかないので、切れ目に汚れや菌、色がつくこともありません。穴があいてるので引っ掛けて収納しています(耐荷重2キロの磁石フックを換気扇のフチにつけてます) 少し滑りやすいので、濡らして絞ったふきんを下に敷くと快適に使えます。(滑り止めが付属したタイプのまな板は洗うのが面倒なのであまりオススメしません。)

見た目がかっこよくて、おしゃれなので、そのまま食卓に出せます。 ただ、個人的には、もう少し刃あたりがやさしければさらに良かったです。 食材を切るたびに、カキン、カキンという感じの音がします。

Un produit magnifique. Certes plus cher que la majeure partie des planches, notamment en plastique, mais là, on sait qu'on a un produit écologique. En outre, il se lave parfaitement bien, il sèche en un clin d'oeil, et la sensation qu'on éprouve en coupant par exemple des herbes aromatique est inouie ! J'ai été très surprise la première fois que j'ai émincé du persil et de la menthe ; on ressent la coupe de façon totalement différente qu'avec n'importe quel autre type de planche. Le travail est bien plus précis et facile. Bien sûr, le couteau laisse quelques petites marques, mais je crois qu'aucune planche n'évite ce phénomène, et ce n'est vraiment rien comparé à mes anciennes planches en plastique qui sont carrément labourées !

These are the only cutting boards I've used for years. I have several in different sizes & colors. They are extremely durable & appear to be easy on my fine knives. You can put them in the dishwasher and, unlike wooden cutting boards, they come out fine, time after time. They're heavy enough to take a beating and light enough to handle with ease. You can also use both sides of these cutting boards. I did a lot of research before purchasing my Epicurean cutting boards & they were highly recommended by cooking enthusiasts. After using these cutting boards for years, I can now understand why they are are so popular & highly rated. Buy them with confidence. You won't be sorry.

I’ve been looking for a new cutting board for a few years. I bought a much more expensive one and after 6 months I threw it out. My daughter had this board and I found it so easy to use and clean. Love how light but sturdy it is. I clean it right after using it and it air dries. Thanks for selling this Amazon and thanks for making this Epicurean.

I absolutely love these cutting boards and have multiple sizes. They are durable, easy to care for, gentle on your knives, and last for years. The materials are high quality and no weird smells because there are no unhealthy adhesives or coatings. Do not waste money buying the cheaper knock off versions, stick with the brand name!
