I've tried another brand of cacao, but this brand by far tastes the best. The other brand had a bitterness and burnt flavor that I couldn't take, but this Indus cacao is delicious and smooth tasting. I drink it with a little milk and sweeten it with erythritol. It's a great way to start the day. I love the taste of chocolate -- I mean, who doesn't -- but I have problems when I consume it, which could be because of the alkali that's often put in chocolate. With this raw cacao, I have no problems and can indulge in a delicious, high antioxidant chocolate-tasting beverage whenever I want.The only down-side I've encountered with this brand is that it took over three weeks to receive my last order, although my first order came within a couple of days. Not really a problem, though. I'll just take into account that possibility the next time I order.

Great flavor! These are really high quality cacao beans. I was skeptical at first as I am with anything I buy without seeing in person but this has really good reviews and did not disappoint. So affordable too! The same deal at my local health food store is like $30... I just bought more of these, you can’t beat the price. I like to dip mine in Almond butter!!!

I don’t know what it is . But it tasted bitter, acidic . It was hard and smelly .not pleasant to eat. I threw it away. Was inedible!!!!I ordered previously other brands so I know how it supposed to taste !Unfortunately this product wasn’t returnable . But I would return it right away if I could.I would never buy again. Sometimes is seriously wrong with this . This is NOT how it supposed to taste and smell and what the texture normally is .

Very nice product, beans are all healthy. The size of the pack is good and resealable. The expiry date is far to go yet. Thank you, am fully satisfied and will be buying more when finished.

I am very happy with this product. Right out of the bag it tasted very bitter. I expect this from pure cacao. I spread 1 pound on a baking sheet and roasted it at 200 degrees for 2 hours. I then did the same with another pound for 3 hours. The results were fantastic. The bitterness diminished and the flavor changed in both cases. I mix it into my morning coffee with no problem.

Interesting taste. First time trying raw cacao beans. Hopefully all the health benefits listed on various web sites are not exaggerated. This product is ok, well packaged and arrived on time.

I was anxiously waiting for my new organic cacao powder. Product presentation was advertised in a jar, i received it in a plastic bag. As soon as open it smell terrible, has a terrible taste and most of all this product cannot be returned. I will have to draw it away and buy another one from someone else.
