Dead Plant on Arrival
Succulent plant was black and dead in the packaging. I’ve followed instructions inside the box to email the company directly but they haven’t responded in 3 business days. Part of the point in this gift is that someone can assemble and have a live plant. The company should respond quicker.

Beautiful
Bought this for my grandma as a birthday gift. She absolutely loved it. I had to do the set up for her because she is severely arthritic. I did find it to be a little finicky to get everything in place but nothing terrible. Looks beautiful once complete

Design defect
Design defect: can't hang it as the opening is too low and things fall out..It is a cute accent piece...laying it down horizontal

Save your money and buy a fake plant.
Extremly disappointed in these. I ordered 2- both plants have turned black and died. We followed the directions sent with package from seller and have taken good care of the plant. Waste of $34.
