Have patience and give sunshine and water
I soaked the seeds for 3 weeks and they just sprouted today! I am very satisfied. It comes with sprouting instructions but i just put them in a wet paper towel. Works great

Final update. 4 plants germinated and matured NOT PEQUIN
The media could not be loaded. Updated:After plant matured it's clearly a different type of chili. The peppers are hot and seedy. They're fine plants but definitely not pequin, not what we ordered. :(We have started the sowing process according to the instructions provided. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and all the detailed and extensive instructions to help people succeed in germinating and growing the pepper plant. While I can't report on the viability of the seeds just yet since we haven't planted them, I can say I have good expectations for them.**Update**They took longer than I expected to start germinating. Peppers generally take a bit longer to sprout than other seeds I have sown, but these took even longer than other varieties I have done. Don't lose patience! If you followed the directions, and you are maintaining a good temperature and moisture balance, then give them time. Right now we have about 30 seeds set and we have 3 seedlings showing above the soil. My husband is the one who researched this variety before purchasing the seeds, and he did tell me the germination rate was pretty low for these, but I am not losing hope for a few more to come up before long. I had assumed they weren't going to sprout at all because of how long they were taking, so I am pleasantly surprised :D

False advertising
I was using the peppers for making homemade pickles. I have ordered peppers before and gotten a lot in a package and in the packages I got there was only a small amount of seeds in each package. It was a huge rip off. Looked nothing like what I ordered
