Not so good or bad
It's ok fine, but for laptop cpu It's not much as strong enough to cool down cpu as per my point of view. It Might be possible of compatibility issue, but still performance wise cpu temperature was not reduced as expected.

Cheaper and best
OK, I used this on my own 7800X3D CPU. It is working great, and temperatures are great. They are not exceeding more than 80c, and it is not using that very much power for the CPU cooler. It is good. You should buy it for very budget-friendly families. CPU thermal paste o.
