Great product. For fabulous Florentine mousse-style gelato: 1/4 cup PreGel base + 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar + 4 oz cold filtered water + 16 oz heavy whipping cream. Whisk together to remove lumps. Process 18-20 minutes in GelatoCube machine. Serves 6.

There were no directions on how much to use. I have not been able to find any recipe on line regarding this product and how to make a dessert with it.
