I purchased this Olive Oil to add an interesting addition to my Caico e Pepe and it was a hit with my friends joining us for dinner. I have used it in several different dishes and without question it is definitely a flavor enhancer. Just ordered my third bottle today!! Highly recommended.

Niche but Good

With stomach issues, I’m on both the FODMAP and low acid diets that don’t allow garlic. I used garlic in a lot of recipes so I was really discouraged. BUT I discovered that garlic-infused olive oil is fine. Yah! It causes no stomach problems for me and finding it on Amazon is perfect!It can be pretty strong so I use a combination of this oil and regular olive oil in most recipes. About 50/50 or less of the garlic oil.So I can now make recipes that call for garlic by substituting this garlic olive oil. In fact, I prefer this method over regular fresh garlic in any recipe that also calls for oil.I tried 1 bottle of another brand of garlic olive oil, but this one is both tastier and cheaper per oz. I automatically get one bottle regularly delivered through Amazon’s Subscribe & Save option and get 15% discount by getting 6 or more different Subscribe & Save items delivered every month. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend this garlic olive oil and Subscribe & Save on items you use regularly like supplements, food items, cleaning products and such.
