I am so impressed with this book that I am ordering a physical copy! It has more than just pizza recipes. There are tons of dough and sauces, meatballs, sandwiches and more. This is my new favorite pizza cookbook. I highly recommend it.

Really a lot of good techniques and explanations for pizza dough. We eat at Pizza Rock which is the author's restaurant in Las Vegas and almost everything on the menu is in the book. A must have if you want to master your pizza skills.

Got this for my father as a "first-time pizza maker" and has been fun seeing the recipes! Spoiler alert: Comes with the 10 Commandments which was very funny! I love this book! A must-have for your pizza setup!

This one one of the first books i used when i started making pizza. Its a great book, which a lot of useful knowledge. However I gave it four stars because there are typos when it comes to recipes and quantities. Otherwise a valuable resource.

This has been a favor in our cookbook repertoire. If you like a good deep dish pizza or a red top Detroit pizza the recipes are to die for it truly is the Bible for pizza and my husband has been using it for years to entertain.

Well written with step by step instructions if you are just starting out. If you have been at it for a while, the sections on verious styles of pizza (Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, New York, Neopolitan, etc.) will lead you to exploring new recipies.
