Front Wheel Tire Guard isnt needed to run, It actually isnt designed properly.
Just got it after 2 Day shipping. had it for about a hour, ( took about a Hour to assemble. ) Pretty fast , ( I'm 260 and i was hitting 35 mph ) only used it twice so far its currently charging. Overall tho so far its pretty nice for the 547$ you pay.===Pros:===Fast( 35 Mph Most likely 40 if you're normal weight and not a fat dude like me. )Heavy ( The thing weighs over 100 Pounds. ) Nobody would be able to steal it without the key. even if its locked up.Okay Millage? I tested it out of the box without charging it and i got around 8 miles. Proably more if you charge it full===Cons===No Reverse, and since its heavy you gotta be careful.Speeds between 35-40 feel really bump/unstable. i wouldnt go this fast unless you know how to drive well.Seat sucks. its like hard plastic.Assembly is a Pain in the ass. for for 547$ what do you expect?===I will update this every month and upload pictures/video.

Wish I could give it 5 stars.
The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, great smooth ride. It hasn’t been able to take its first charge because it’s not charging. The fuse is good, the batteries are dead and the charger won’t go to red it’s stuck on a green light. Other than that it’s a nice ornament with wheels.

Solid and Fun Scooter
This scooter is a blast. I've had it for a month now. Lot's of fun. Assembly is easy and it runs right away. However, build quality leaves much to be desired, but then again it's a $500+ scooter and not a higher end model. Brakes were riding the disks and needed adjustment. Found adjustments couldn't be made correctly because welded brackets were not level. I was able to bend these for proper alignment. One of the disks was slightly warped and I had to true the disk. Seat post is welded at a slight angle. It was noticeable when I mounted a seat post rack. I had to re-run the cable management to get a higher adjustment on the handle bars. Fenders are plastic and mounting hardware doesn't lock them into position evenly. With all of this said I give it 3 stars, but don't be discoured because with a little effort this scooter really comes to life. I've added foot pegs, rack and basket. Just what I needed for use at youth camps for staff use.

Fun - but here is how you fix the squeeky brakes
This is a really fun little scooter with a surprising amount of power and range. You will most likely need to adjust your brakes a little when you get it as they will make a squeeking noise, make it hard to move the scooter, or make a grinding noise. On the brake levers (the brake part with all the bolts in it), there are two bolts with springs on them. Adjust them tight and loose a little at a time until you can spin them freely with no noise or resistance. I weigh around 230lbs and this moves me around hills and bumps just fine. Things I believe you will need are a carry handle, a basket, a water bottle holder, a cell phone holder, a quick release weapon such as pepper spray to fight off dogs/drug addicts/insane people, cool stickers, tank bag, more cushiony seat, underlighting, speaker, multi-sound horn, tail light, rearview mirrors.

Henley
just saying it was heavier than expected 120 # difficult to assembly and instructions were vague. parts missing and broken. still waiting for the support for the basket, I have it running and I am happy with what I have so far but it is still incomplete. it came in one huge carton which I had to get from my front porch all the way back to my garage, I needed help doing that but help was not available, so I used my two wheel dolly and took it piece by piece, Getting the base unit attached to the fork unit was difficult also

Don't buy it - Poor quality - Junk
I bought one of these for $694.00 on January 8, 2020 to use while camping. We have a toy hauler camper and it looked pretty cool strapped-up in the back of the trailer. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and our camping trips were all cancelled until recently. Once I got the scooter out and going it lasted about one hour and then the motor/wheel assembly seized up. I contacted the seller and they won't honor any warranty. I will need to spend another $100 plus to replace the motor assembly and even if I decide to spend the money on the part it is on back order from China. It was fun for an hour but regretting the purchase. My advice - Don't Buy it.Still collecting dust in my shed - Unusable POS.
