Ideally suited to hold a standard 130mm jewellers saw blade, even including a blade ruler in the frame to make checking blade length super simple. It is also possible to move the clamping mechanisms for left handed use.Loosing and Removing Loosen the tension EVERY time you remove a blade, before placing a new blade in both blade clamps. It usually needs to be loosened with two or three turns. CAUTION: Too much loosening will allow the blade clamp to fall out of the saw.Tensioning The knurled brass knob is the tensioning mechanism (known as the tensioning knob). To increase tension, screw 'in' towards the blade clamping screw. To release tension, screw 'ot' away from the blade clamping screw. The know must be unscrewed slightly to reset tension during blade changes. After clamping a new blade, twist the knob to return tension to desired level.
