I’ve read the studies linked in some reviews and you could totally benefit from this throughout your entire pregnancy but that wasn’t really an option for me as one of the very few sufferers of HG. Started taking this with dinner at 31 weeks and then doubled up around 33 weeks and even tripled up at 34w (bought another bottle) for my test at 35w+6d. Not sure if I ever would’ve tested positive but it was worth taking this “preventative” nonetheless! No noticeable side effects (I attribute every symptom I feel lately to being pregnant).

Like many other ladies have said, I’ve struggled with bv for as long as I can remember, and like most, I’ve tried every home remedy, every medication, with no results, BUT THIS, this is the only thing I’ve used that helps. I do take it every day, as iv read that if you stop taking it, bv comes back. So I just take it every day, I put it on the counter where I can see it, so I’m reminded to take a daily.
