I am 5'7" with a 38" bust (I wear a 34B bra), a 31" waist, and 38" hips.I bought this for a Gatsby-themed office party. Based on reviews, I ordered a large even though I usually wear a medium in these. It was baggy through the bust and shoulders, but hugged around the hips. wanted it to be more snug throughout. I think a medium would have fit nicely though, since the snugness in the hips wasn't so much so that I think a smaller one wouldn't have worked. As it was, it just made me look like I was in a sparkly potato sack. It felt quality with the weight and overall style and there weren't any frayed seams that I noticed. A few comments said the zipper was cheap, but I didn't have any issues with it. I ended up wearing a dress I thrifted and am returning this one, but were I to have a similar party in the future, I would probably order it again in a smaller size.

This dress is absolutely GOOOORGEOUS!!!!! I have bought a number of dresses on Amazon and this one hits it out of the park! I was looking for a really stunning sequined dress for my New Years Eve party and this one stuck out for me because of the sequins, the pattern on the dress and the fringes. This dress looks amazing on and I'm not a small woman. I got an XL and I am a size 14-16 normally, it fit perfect, a tiny bit big on the arms. But really looks stunning on. It has little pearls beaded throughout the dress. My only suggestion is if you are very tall, this dress might not be for you. It's perfect for me at 5 foot 1 inch tall and a little bit short in the back (I have a bit butt though).Hope this helps! I love this dress tremendously. Looking forward to rocking it on New Years Eve!

Beautiful dress!!! It leaned to red a bit more than I would have liked; I was hoping it was more burgundy (ordered WineRed). However, other than that, no complaints. I danced all night and no sequins or fringes came loose. Many compliments! I got a Medium; I am 5' 1", 120# with the extra weight in my hips but still fit fine. The fringe started about 3" above my knees; however, I had no problems with it hiking up much when I sat down. It is not really fitted in the waist so that will be helpful for some. Almost no "give" at all; not a stretchy material. Having the sequin detail on the back in addition to the front really set it off for me. Most dresses in this style are not like that. Definitely recommend this dress!

This dress is made of 100% polyester so it stretches horizontally plenty. However, it does not stretch vertically. So whatever you do, DO NOT BEND DOWN. I am going to have to wear this dress over a slim-fitting black pencil skirt lest I subject anyone to butt-cheek cleavage. I bought the dress for a Roaring 20s costume party so for me, this is simply a goofy costume I will wear for only a few hours for laughs and giggles. Its nicer than anything you would get at Party City so I'm giving this 4 stars. But this IS a cheaply-made dress not suitable for wearing seriously.

I love this dress! I ordered this dress for a Great Gatsby-themed party for work. Since I was only going to be wearing it for one night, I didn't want anything expensive. Although I did want a dress that had sleeves, was a little longer, and wasn't black (since I assumed most people would be wearing black sequin flapper dresses). This dress did the trick! It is surprisingly high quality for the price. It doesn't just have sequins like many of the cheaper dresses, but has a variety of beads and other materials that really makes this dress stand out. I got so many compliments and loved that is was in a cream, neutral color that really popped against what everyone else was wearing. I highly recommend this dress!

Perfect dress for the occasion I was attending. I can't believe that a dress with this much embellishment was only $30.00! And it was so comfortable. I got so many compliments on the dress and was even told that it reminded them of Rose's dresses in Titanic. My only complaint was that it could have been a little longer. It made sitting down a challenge so that people didn't see my underwear. When standing, it was perfect. Now I just have to find another occasion to wear it.

It's a great dress for the price but it's def intended for normal or short height. I'm 5'8 and 150lb. I ordered the small and the medium to make sure I had a dress that fit. The small fit me better except that it noticibly bunched on my lower back because my torso is long and my butt was lower on the dress than it was made for. I ended up keeping the medium because it still fit and bunched on my back less (although it still bunched).

This dress is STUNNING especially for the price. I bought it for a 20's themed party they are having at my work for our 20th anniversary and I can't wait to wear it!I wear a size 14/16 and I fit into a XL perfectly. I will buy a pair of Spanx to wear under it though to smooth everything out.As one reviewer mentioned, the lining is super short, especially in the back so keep that in mind if you've got a bit of a booty like I do but I will definitely feel more comfortable in it while wearing Spanx.
