Very robust, worth every penny
This product was just amazing. This was the third drill bit I purchased as the others were rubbish. First one was from Screwfix there own Erbauer brand Diamond Tile Drill bit laster two holes and the other was Armeg both last two holes each. However this bit cut 28 holes through 20mm porcelain patio tiles no problem. I’ve yet to do the other side but the drill bit doesn’t appear worn.Would highly recommend these to any one drilling through porcelain. Mines were for installing a glass balustrade. Made my life so much easier.

Great drill bit
Second one of these I've bought (first one still going strong but required a smaller size). No need to mess about with water, like a hot knife through butter! Good vfm a 3rd of the price of similar drills from Screwfix etc.

Value AND performance
I've used diamond core drills in the past to do 8mm holes using a drill and each hole took ages to drill. Using this bit in an angle grinder was like a hot knife through butter by comparison. I had a large thick porcelain tile I needed to break out (see photos) the advice was rake out grout and then drill holes to make it easier to smash tile.Only challenge was starting the holes due to the bit tending to run around on the tile. So I used a piece of wood with a V notch taken out to rest the bit in. That did the job! Precision and speed/ I would use one of this bits the next time I need to make holes in a tile and abandon my previous bits.

Do it! Best things I’ve ever bought.
Honestly 100% Recommend. I tried so many drill bits to drill into tiles and every time they cracked or took me ages to get through.Using these in my angle grinder was so easy and such a nice cut. I would spend more and get these in every size. The only down side is they don’t last very long as the diamond tops wear (as any would).Great quality and deserved a review!

Work Well
I was scepitcal at first as I have used cheap diamond bits without much success. I even tried a branded Makita 10mm bit which barely cut 3 holes in porcelain tiles before completely wearing down and becoming useless.Thought I would give these a go and after 3 holes, the first bit doesnt look likes its ground down at all... not even opened the second bit yet.Note there is a M14 shank which fits in a grinder. The speed of the grinder is no problem for the bit and it cuts porcelain within seconds. You still have the skidding problem, I made a V with timber to help hold the bit to get started and no problem.Suitably impressed for the money.

Start well
I've purchased these 3 times now. They start really well, but soon taper off.Fund them as an alternative to rubi, which I find do the same. When I started using the grinder type diamond drills I thought I'd found the holy grail, but as time has gone on I've realised that per hole, the novelty is an expensive one.I've settled on, for now, a return to the drill type, and have found a set which I find great value for money. But I can't tell you .......... as the price will go up!Soz
