Definitely give a boost of energy

Works well as pre workout, people are complaining about the sharp taste, best way to reduce that is add half a bottle to 250mls water or to 500mls water. That’s reduces the sharp taste and works perfectly the same. I normally just add half bottle to 500mls water then I’m good to go!

Honestly didn’t expect much from this and I was surprised how much energy I got, the taste is pleasant, good price, just don’t take for a late night workout it’ll keep you up at night.
