This device worked when I first connected it to the app on my iPhone, but the next day when tested it, the app said my key was out of range. I put it 2" from my phone, and it still said out-of-range, so I returned it.I want to add that the Seller has been very good about standing behind his product, offering to replace it or give me a refund numerous times. I give him an A plus for customer service and trying to accommodate me in any way I want. Unfortunately, I decided since this one didn't work on my iPhone (it could be an app problem or perhaps it just doesn't work on a iPhone SE), I purchased another key finder that didn't have a GPS on it or need an app. Please do not hesitate to give this product a try. If it doesn't work for you, the Seller will do everything in his power to correct the problem, so you have nothing to loose.

I like the size of this device. It fits on my key ring without me really noticing it's there. I can still stick my keys in my pocket and this doesn't get stuck or give me a difficult time.As far as functionality goes, it works exactly like advertised with a bluetooth connection to your phone. You can find your phone with the keys or find your keys with the phone. I have not tested the crowd finding network they mention, but I assume the more people in your area that have one of these the more accurate the app will be at finding your keys when they're out of bluetooth range.The app was a bit cumbersome to get started (had to create an account) but after the initial setup it all works smoothly and seamlessly, which is exactly what I wanted. So if you take the time to get it setup and you have reasonable expectations for bluetooth, this product will do exactly what you want!

There are two things that I constantly misplace, the car key and my phone. After losing the car key for the umpteenth time this month and God knows how many time I was late because I had to figure out where the heck I put my phone, it was time to get a tracker. The Swiftfinder has definitely made my life ALOT easier! It was really easy to use. I just attached this to my car key and download the app, and voila, it's good to go! The tracker worked even though the keys were in different rooms. And the best part is, the Swiftfinder worked both ways! Meaning, if I lost my phone, all I had to do was to press the button on the tracker and that would ring my phone. How awesome is that?! Saves me the trouble and time of having to use boot my laptop just to use the android device manager to locate the darn phone. Maybe I can put one on my dog too...just kidding. Anyway, if you constantly misplace stuff like I do, get one of this and you don't have to worry about that anymore.

**UPDATE**This product does not work well as I thought. I recently misplaced my wallet in my apartment while I was packing to move out. I pulled up the app in my room, and pressed the alert button. I heard no noise anywhere. Later I found my wallet under one of the shipping boxes. I am highly disappointed that the battery died so quickly. This product showed such great promise, but it ended up being a flop. Do not waste your money if you want to take a gamble on this working or not in the long term. It is such a hassle to go the UPS store and return this.....I have a bad habit of leaving my wallet places. I’ve left it at the airport, in an Uber, in a restaurant, so I finally decided I needed to get one of these. So far I haven’t had to use the GPS tracker yet because I haven’t been too forgetful lately, but I am so happy to know I have an easy way to find my lost item. Usually I panic and turn my room inside out. The app for this product is really nice and has not glitched on me. The battery life so far has been good as well. I will update this review in a year to let y’all know if anything changes !

I bought this for my dad because he was constantly losing his keys and mum and I were fed up with it happening so I searched amazon and found this. My dad continued to lose his keys and there is no ringing! Followed instructions to setup and it only ever worked once but it’s really excellent at beeping the phone when the KEYS ARE NOT LOST.

I tried to pair it to my phone and computer and neither worked. : (UPDATE: I emailed the company and they quickly sent me a new Swiftfinder that works great! I think maybe the battery was bad in the first one.

Wow! This product is actually amazing. It took less than a minute out of the box to set it up, and it works flawlessly. I can use my iPhone to find the Key Finder or I can use the key finder to find my iPhone. What a great thing!

Absolutely a terrible purchase. It goes off multiple times a day when key finder and phone are together. Constantly disconnects and reconnects for NO reason. Worst device, DO NOT purchase
