great functionality
Great item for the price. Came with instructions and techniques and a handy storage bag. I bought it to use at work and love how I can store it all together. There are multiple settings and adjustments on all the different options and they're all sturdy and good quality. I just started using it but excited to see how it all improves my grip strength.

Awesome!
It's nice it comes with so many grip stuff but the material doesn't seem durable. However, It is nice and easy to use and the only reason am giving it a 4/5 because of durability, the plastic is not heavy..Hard material... Other than that everything good. I recommend if you are a bodybuilder or whatever sport you do.

Well Made and Useful at a Great Price
All five items in the set are very nice quality and work to strengthen your hands and forearms. I use all of them, mainly while watching TV.I bought these hoping they will help my recovery of tendon issues related to my elbows.
