They reallty help
I've used them to reduce the jostling while playing tennis, and recently tried them out to offset the strain in my very small wrists while doing manual therapy for clients. They have made a difference in how my wrists feel afterwards and they're a good fit. I'd have given 5 stars if they would stay in place a little better, but they do roll a bit at the joint, which can be expected when you bend there.

Went in very skeptical… I’m actually quite surprised it works
I have been trying to wrap my wrist with all sorts of things I’ve tried braces but there was bothered my thumbs I’ve tried wrist wraps but they are always scratchy and itchy… You get the point. I was very skeptical about these wrist wraps one I didn’t really believe in the copper thing and I’m not sure I do but whatever it is these worked! I have a bone spur in my wrist and it affects my whole wrist and hand. I don’t understand why but these worked. They literally helped Alleviate the pain. I can’t believe I’m actually writing that. At first I thought they were going to be too tight but within a matter of minutes I couldn’t even notice the compression in terms of being uncomfortable. In fact I sleep with one on my left wrist. I’m not sure why these work I just know that they did for me and this I was not expecting.

helps a little
I have had pain in my left wrist for several months now and decided to try the copper wrist supports. I received them the next day, and have been using them since ( approx. 1 week). They give nice compression without being too tight, I wear them mostly when I'm at the gym, but also around the house and sometimes when I sleep. Do I think the pain is less? Not really, but I don't blame the bands. Maybe after continuous use I will see an improvement, but I may have to visit a doctor (AHHH!!!) and get a definitive diagnosis. I might try acupuncture first. The bands are well made, easy to put on and may eventually give me some relief. Definitely worth a try for the very reasonable price.

Two thumbs up review from my 10 yr old
Purchased a sm for my 10 yr old. She loves it. I asked about the texture, fit, stylish info. She's reported the fit is perfect not too tight but just enough to support her wrists. The material is soft and comfortable not itchy or scratchy. She like the color black but thinks cobalt blue would be cool too and she said optional sparkles would dress it up. I questioned the need for sparkles, I was given a "are you seriously asking that question" look so moving along. She wears them all the time. Her wrists were getting sore from all the cartwheels she does. All the time, from her room to the kitchen table etc etc. I mean ALL THE TIME, I question if she can even walk anymore. She just did Another roll of the eyes.. she also has a habit of rolling her wrists, its a Fidget thing she does so all the movement was causing sore wrists. These little gems did the trick. Plus she's kinda pulling off and rocking a cool Avenger Black Widow look. She gives them 2 thumbs up

Exactly what I was looking for.
This product is like support hose for your wrist - well made, with no Velcro or sharp edges most braces have that can snag garments (my original problem). Pay attention to the size measurement - my wrist is about 7-1/4" around and this Large size is VERY SNUG (actually what you want for support), and I doubt the Small would have worked for me. Yes, these do bunch up a bit if you are very active with your wrist, but can easily be stretched back out smooth. The pressure is about what I had been applying with my previous Velcro strap brace, which had no metal splint or thumb loop - if you need that extra support, these will not be for you....what they do perfectly is exert very firm, constant pressure to relieve nagging pain - in my case from a broken wrist that has some occasional residual nerve pain. Haven't machine washed them yet; they appear to be as washable as heavy support hose, but could be hand washed if desired, I imagine. A little pricey, but well made and effective for my needs.

Tiny little wrists........
I have very small, skinny, wrists. My right wrist has been broken a couple of times over many years. Now in the golden years, it can be painful....BUT I love the gym and Yoga and I find a good firm brace around my wrist allows me to "down dog" etc. I have had a hard time finding something that accommodates my tiny wrist. At first I thought, "wow these are too tight and will cut my circulation." After a while I got use to them. I wear both since I've got 2. They work well. If you have a moderate sized wrist get the next size up.

Performs as expected
Got this to help with minor wrist discomfort during bowling tournaments but use it for league nights as well. Fit is as expected and works well. Just finished a 5 game tournament last Sunday and my wrist didn't hurt at all. Just enough support without being bulky like a normal wrist support. Arrived when expected as well. Overall good buy and would recommend to anyone. Just make sure to measure your wrist to get the correct size and remember it is supposed to have a bit of compression as well so it will be a little tight, but should not cut off circulation.

Great Product
I have radius/ulna instability in my right wrist and my initial orthopedic surgeon said the only "cure" was a total wrist fusion. I had been wearing a wrist widget for a TFCC tear issue and it did help some with the wrist pain. After trying a few different wrist compression band I found the Sharpe Zone Copper support and it has been a real relief. Went for a second opinion and that doctor asked me if the compression was helping, Told him I was about 85-90% pain free when wearing it and he said keep it up until it doesn't and then come back and we will discuss other options. Still wearing it and I highly recommend you trying it for yourself.
