great storage product, probably the best out there and in various sizes etc...

Boxes are fairly big - and stacks very usefully to save space. Bit more than I wanted to pay but came in 2 pack - not 1. Boxes were delivered together in one big box so quite a big package to manoeuvre but once inside and unwrapped, put the storage boxes to use doing what they do best...storing stuff!

I have bought 20 of these over the past year in different sizes. They get humped about with a lot of weight in them and there is no damage to any of them. They stack really well. Which is brilliant. Highly recommend

I am familiar with 'Really Useful Boxes' and knew exactly what I wanted - two 64 litre boxes. The product itself was excellent - sturdy, square, easy to lock and stack. However, I was very disappointed with the service received from Mighty Housewares. The boxes arrived in a torn, flimsy cardboard box, with minimal packing and consequently the bottom box was badly damaged. I sent photos and an explanation to Mighty Housewares and assumed that they would send me another box to replace the damaged one. When I finally got an answer (the communication is slow and unreliable) they said that they were out of stock and did not know when they would get more. They twice offered me a discount on the damaged box although it was clear that it was unusable. They then insisted that I return both boxes as they were bought together (although they also sell them separately). Fortunately I had kept the huge box they arrived in and had to fix this and repack both boxes (using a lot of extra packaging of my own as I didn't want to risk the good box being damaged on the return). The whole experience was time-consuming, drawn out and very stressful and the communication was very poor. I even had to follow up on the refund as they hadn't processed it as promised. In the end I bought through another company which was quick and efficient and the boxes arrived in perfect condition.
