Battery life is too short
The remote works really well. It does everything that I wanted for but the remote key fob batteries died in a matter of a couple of weeks without any use.

The item did not work, I have since returned it and ordered a replacement.

Remote control & receiver seemed to work but relay did not operate, even when checked with resistance meter directly across terminals.
