Does this has a timer for 3 hours or more as most of stopwatches have 1hour timer only but I need more than that?

This one doesn't have a timer at all that is to say a countdown timer( you can't set it to beep after say 10 mins or an hour) it only goes forward

Can its battery be changed after the inbuilt battery is dead ??
