very good machine i am writing this review using after 3 months , its very strong machine sealing are perfect , work on very low power , at my house power voltage supply is very low almost 110-140 VOLTS , but this machine working perfect , i recommended this machine who looking for best sealing machine, again i am very thanksfull to amazon to avil such kinds of productes on their platform on best price seller is also very helpful to provide correct machine and correct information .

It will be a headache so buy at your own risk
I had bought this second time 1st time I bought it and had stop working before 1 yr and i forgot the fact it had 1 yr warranty just after 2 days of warranty i just contact them and the warranty period is over n they can't do anything (okay fine my mistake). Now i had bought it again now its not working again contacted several times regarding this amazon they provide me immense contact numbers either of them were picking and the final verdict amazon says they can't do anything abt it because the warranty was from sellers side I have been trying fr 2 months. You can buy it but the warranty is a hoax there is no seller available buy @ yr own risk.

Its good product.....weak point :I brought in February.... Now its starting trouble .... Sparking inside... And i can't reach costumer care .... The machine have 1 yrs warranty... And used poor quality wire, it's burning often....Good point: according to other sealing machine , this machine is best 💯 ..... Blindly go for it

Willful exclusion of Free item
Product is good but free item is not included. It seems to be purposeful and willful misguidance as there has been many others complaining the same issue

damaged right out of the box.
I received the package and opened it today to find that it was damaged. The knob for controlling the temperature is broken, it is made of very poor quality plastic. the wire has some sort of deposit on it as if damaged by heat. I would like to get a refund or have it replaced. very disappointed in the purchase. I won't plug it in because it does not look safe. if I get a refund or replacement with a product in good shape I will upgrade the rating.

Quite happy
Using this for 3 years now. It does a good job of sealing bags and is sturdy and easy to use. Takes only a few seconds to heat up. It also comes with a spare heating wire, as well as contact details of after-sales support.
