This is a very good product. Can make 14 idlis in one use. But the idlis are not puffing. At first, I thought that the problem is with my batter but, when I tried making idli on my old idli plate it was puffing up. Steaming plates are of good quality. We can use the utensil for making curries or pulav. The bottom is not thick though.18/01/2023Writing this review after 2yrs of continuous usage. One morning while making idli the bottom panel got separated with a strange loud noise. I continued using it for another few months just to make idli, as there wasn't any damage to the utensil other than a missing layer of the bottom, outside. Without it, the bottom layer became even thinner, and I found it enough for boiling water to steam idlis.

Its very good as per the feedback that I received from first hand user. As per the product quality, it looks sturdy and steal gauge also good. I can suggest go for it if you are comfortable at price.

I tried khaman dhokla and it came out very nice. Works on induction and gas stove. Easy to use and very strong build. It's quite big.Yet to try cooking in it.

Want to buy again.can i get mini idali plate instead of pathra plate
