It's a brilliant product, but for all the bugs and flaws. The chord less Mike keeps getting disconnected sometimes. And if it works there are no issues. Also the on screen picture comes crooked sometimes. It gets resolved once you reboot the system. I don't know if just the piece i ordered was faulty or similar issues are in all pieces. All I can say that if it worked without all these issues I would have loved it. When it works it's a pleasure to use.

Good buy. Only think i am missing is the new songs and if we can get the children rymes also it would be great.

I don't know about the Hindi section, but for English.. this is a failure. It does not have some of the most popular party songs that all Karaoke sessions must have.. Like -- I want to break free - Queen, Boney M (just 2) uncommon songs.. So I am looking for the first opportunity to sell it off and buy another brand.. unless Persang can advice how to download these.

did not come with a manual. I have called them up several times and each time they promise it to me, but with zero results...a mont and a half later, yet to receive the manual or songbook.

Very nice product...

They sent only one Microphone with the main packing and when contacted, they sent another later. The system doesn't have the original vocals of the songs so we cant listen and then practice! I had to return the product.

horrible, horrible and simply aweful. Its the worst karaoke system that you could waste your money on. The after sales support was horrible. I had to involve amazon customer service to get my refund, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK. the on screen interface is primitive, the mic is very poor quality and even if you increase the mic volume to the max, you can hardly hear yourself sing. Until unless you put the microphone into your mouth, you cant hear anything, the song selection is not good either, I think we can all work with these negativities but the worst part is the music.....its no where close to original sound tracks......i played the original sound track sung by the most renowned hindi classic singer and played the same song on this karaoke. Guess what, this stupid system didnt even give good score to the best singer in Bollywood. utter disappointment. Amazon got me my money back as the seller refused to return it. I threw this junk in trash.
