I have been wanting inserts for my instant pot for some time now and was unsure of what to purchase.When you dropped them off I opened the box and seen a cheesecake recipe in the box and decided to try it. I have never made a cheesecake before and was concerned it wouldn’t turn out.The recipe was easy to follow and the inserts were easy to work with. I kept the cheesecake in the pans overnight and flipped them over this morning. With little effort the cake slipped out and it turned out beautifully. The cheesecake had a wonderful flavor and I can't wait to make other recipes in these inserts.Cleanup was a snap. Little effort to clean them. Pretty much just one swipe and they were cleaned up.They seem to be good quality and will last a long time. I can’t thank you enough for these. They are perfect for my instant pot.

These stainless steel stackable insert pans are perfect for my pressure cooker! They are very convenient and easy to use. The pans stack perfectly on top of each other and with the lid are locked in to place with a handle at the top. This makes it very easy to lift the pans in and out of the pressure cooker. I was able to make a full meal with only one appliance! The pans are made of a high quality stainless steel and are much stronger than the ones my friends have. The counter mat thats included is nice for setting the hot pans on. The silicone sponge is great for getting off those sticky spots before I put them in the dishwasher! Also included is an instruction booklet that comes with a recipe for cheesecake that is to die for! This will be my go-to pressure cooker accessory for the future!! Thank you Alotia!

I’m still learning all of the things my Instant Pot pressure cooker can do, and a friend recommended these awesome insert pans! Just as advertised, they are so easy to use, just place your ingredients into the two pans, stack them up inside the holder and place them in your pot - voila! Two pressure cooked meals instead of one!I found these insert pans to be; high quality, easy to use, easy to clean, and very handy - I stored my leftovers right in the insert! It was also nice that they come with the scrubby sponge and also the silicone pad - Not only does it make a great trivet/hot pad, but I found–especially when trying to prep a pot for cheesecake– the pad helped provide some grip to stop it from sliding around on the countertop.Definitely a great purchase and looking forward to the many more things I can make in my pressure cooker!

Great match for the 6 Quart "60" series "Instant Pot."If I want to make a soup by pureeing cooked vegetables, I cook / "sweat" the onions & celery in my 12 inch T-Fal frying pan.Then I steam my carrots & "red" potatoes with a little water in each of the 2 "Alotia Stackable Steamer Pans," in my Instant Pot - Pressure Cook - 8 minutes. Put the Instant Pot "Trivet" in first, place the Alotia Stackable Steamer Pans on the "trivet," not the bottom of the Instant Pot.Then I reserve a little of each of the vegetables (larger non-pureed pieces for appearance and texture), and puree the rest in a bowl with my "stick blender." Then I recombine "all" in my Instant Pot, add meat, seasoning, White Pepper, a little white wine, and set my Instant Pot to "Slow Cook." Wait for it...extended time cooking makes food just delicious!After a couple of tries, it is easy and quick.The Alotia Stackable Steamer Pans keep the vegetables off the bottom, or off the "trivet," and unlike steamer baskets, the vegetables don't get "roughed up" by wire baskets or perforated steamer trays. In other words, the Alotia Stackable Steamer Pans protect the vegetables instead of grinding them.Also, the Alotia Stackable Steamer Pans are easy to clean. And I mean actually clean! Wire baskets are hard to clean, some food almost always remains stuck in the wires. Yuck!The Alotia Stackable Steamer Pans clean up for real!

I have had this insert for a few weeks, but I wasn't quite sure how to use it! After lots of research on what and how to cook with it I was ready to give it a go. I did brown rice in the top pan-with the lid on, and I did chicken- cut into cubes- marinated in teriyaki sauce. 25 minutes, high pressure, natural pressure release.... And it was amazing!! They worked great! Super easy and cleanup was a breeze! Now that I have taken the first step in trying them I can't wait to try out other things!

Great Product!!!This is simply the best pressure cooker accessory ever! I am know cooking different types of food at the same time. This saves soooo much time. It also comes with a holder and locking handle set, which makes it extra easy to put things in and take them out of my Instant Pot. I have already cooked multiple items and have even used just one pan at a time and was still able to use the holder and handle for insert and removal. I love to bake and cannot wait to bake cakes and other desserts in my new Alotia stackable insert pans! Absolutely love them!!!Very impressed with the quick shipping and great seller experience. At first I wasn't sure how I would use these pans. So I tried the cheesecake recipe included with the product. I have never made cheesecake before, and I nailed it. I learned a couple of things that will help next time, but it was easy. So I decided to take my lasagna recipe and make it in the stackable pans, and it worked. This is a great product and know I am constantly thinking of new ways to use it, like hard boiled eggs, chicken and rice. It's such a time saver as well, and it does not heat up the whole house. I will be using these pans all the times!
