Taller than I expected, very healthy.
I wasn't sure what you expect, and was pleasantly surprised. The plant was wrapped well and shipped carefully. It had good moisture and appears healthy. The plant is 2' tall, in a 10" tall pot. Transplanting it into a larger pot! Lemons by spring? Very pleased. Great value compared to other online catalogs.

Small and doesn’t smell like lemons
I bought this for my sister for her birthday it’s literally dying. This is the smallest plant I have ever seen. Arrived with three green leaves, my sister has it in green house and it has not grown at all nor sprouted extra leaves. This is the most expensive and cheapest plant I have ever purchased. Not worth $69. At all. I can’t even give it a rating it doesn’t deserve a single star. Bad all around.

Check for bugs/disease
*Update- The company reached out to refund my tree and retain me as a future customer. Fantastic customer service. This shows they look at their reviews.*I received the tree in a timely manner to my surprise. I wasn’t home when it arrived because of the speed do a friend had to bring it in. The tree came cut down to almost nothing. There were some live bugs which I figured was good for it. I saw a couple webs but it didn't look like anything serious. The leaves all started dropping off so I added a humidifier. I am now treating it along with my other plant because it arrived with what appears to be spider mites. Not ideal. I am glad I paid for the largest one so maybe it can kick the location change and spider mites simultaneously. *fingers crossed*

Amazing
For some reason I cannot upload pictures to this review. I received the tree in a box and the postal carrier CLEARLY didn’t care about all the big arrows saying “this side up” and I was so upset when I saw it upside down on the front step where the rain could easily break it down. I opened it and much to my surprise they had picked this sweet little guy so great that very minimal amount of dirt was spilled out. What a relief considering it’s like $80. I put it outside because we have about 2-3 months of warm weather in Seattle but it didn’t like that at all. So I brought it inside and put it in the WESTERN facing window (only 1 in the house) and all the leaves fell off. I was so upset and kicking myself for putting it outside. I went on a trip and 4 days later I looked at it and there were dozens of new leaves. Now, 3 mo later I gave lemon blooms!!!!! This is so crazy, literally it was on the edge of death and now it’s got blooms. So excited I cannot tell you. Wish I could upload photos to show the change. I figure that we may have eatable ones next summer. So excited! 🍋Update: if you want a tree that gives off the most amazingly fragrant blooms- BUY THIS ONE. While blooming it gave off the most amazing fragrance I have ever smelled from a plant. It lasted about 3 weeks and every time I went into my closet the fresh smell welcomed me.

Nice… but mites
Generally happy plant, started blooming 2.5 months after receiving- smells delicious. BUT please beware of spidermites. They have taken over the entire room I have the tree in and I have now lost other previously healthy plants to the infestation. I’ve removed the tree, tried sprays and soaps, sacrificial plants- still, they persist. Whatever strain of spider mites these are are STURDY

It blooms after 2 months
I bought it 2 months ago, around May, I live in small town at New York. This is only way I can get a lemon. It came fast around 3 days. It’s taller than I thought but very healthy.I used soils for citrus, mixed some fertilizer, water twice a week, 7 hours/ day sunlight. Around one and half month later, I noticed something like flowers coming so that I use some liquid fertilizer for them. You see many flowers come in the pictures after 2 month. Very happy.
