Most unresponsible seller. First sent a badly damaged product. Returned and placed order for another similar project. Again the same misery. Sent a damaged and poor quality product again. Even bolt & nuts are rusted and in dilapidated state. Warning: Please Keep away from this store.

Relatively easy to assemble though there is no instruction manual. Poor product quality - indicated 100kg weight limit but the wheels broke in a few trips while moving some basic home items.

Seems good for general shifting of stuff. However, I would appreciate Bigapple include a user manual AND a SPANNER to tighten nuts!! One of the old reviews did mention that manual and a spanner was included - not for me though!Adding info after assembly - the four nut bolts holding folding handle to platform were loose! Fixing the castor wheels NEEDS a RING spanner which should be supplied by Bigapple! The plastic bidding around the platform is loose to begin with. Reducing a star now.

The product is good but a little difficult to assemble. The lining on the top has peeled off with even normal weight being placed on it.

It's good and took some time to fit the wheels using spanner provided inside package. Overall good trolley with good quality. Happy with purchase.Spanner is provided with shipment in the box. Need to fit four wheels by us after opening the package.
