Great value, works very well especially for taking out tightand corroded bolts . The speed is easily controlled. Battery life is very good.

Already had 1 so I knew what I was getting. Want one for home and 1 for the road in case of a flat. Yes, they will remove and install lug nuts safely. Nice and light and well balanced too. One quick click left or right of the trigger for forward or reverse is easy to use, and the battery indicator light is super convenient to have. I also like the light they put in front that comes on when you pull the trigger. If you've ever changed a tire in the dark, you know what I mean. Battery life on the Porter Cable tools is also excellent. I have 2 of these, 2 drill drivers and their sawzall. Everything works excellent and gets through longer jobs.

Works great, just like the rest of the porter cable 20v tools. This is the brushless model impact driver with two 1.5ah batteries and a puck charger. For $89 it's a steal, the batteries alone will cost you more than that, and you get a great tool with it. The driver is plenty powerful for driving fasteners. I've driven 3 1/4"screws into 4x4 and framework and 4" lag bolts into fence posts, no problem. It's lightweight, but still handles well. The overmolded rubber grips help to keep a handle on it while you're driving the tougher stuff. I own the PC brushed impact driver as well and this one is a LOT shorter so it's easier to fit in cramped spaces. Run time with the 1.5ah batteries is great, and the built-in battery gauge on the handle is helpful.

I am an IT admin and I live on an old converted llama farm. I have my own woodshop and I have an engineering and mathematics background. I consider myself a "maker" and have done all sorts of projects from building computer tables with integrated electronics to running my own fiber optic network in underground conduit. As a recent college graduate, I needed to be conscious of my spending because I knew I would be getting a lot of tools. I could not afford the Milwaukee or Dewalt platforms and so far I have been very happy with Porter Cable 20V. I do wish that they made more brushless tools like this one. Pros: (1) Plenty of power - I can drive 3" wood screws into 4x4s without a pilot hole. I have not tried it on concrete yet. (2) Good ergonomics/ good weight (3) Runtime meets my expectations. I don't really know how to measure it, but for me I maybe charge it once a week. (4) Compact enough for most jobs (5) Good collet Cons: (1) LOUD (2) LOUD again (3) Please wear hearing protection

This is a great value for what you get. The driver works well and with two batteries you’ll have plenty of power for long jobs. I docked one star because when I tried to attach the belt clip the screw that holds it in place went in about 3/4 of the way then stopped. It wouldn’t tighten nor would it come out rendering the belt clip useless and leaving a screw hanging out of the butt of the handle. I did an exchange with amazon and the replacement did not have this issue. My only concern now is that the belt clip is held in place by a single, tiny screw. I doubt this will last but time will tell. To round out my kit I purchased a 144 piece impact driver set by Milwaukee from my local Home Depot for 25 bucks. Another great deal that will likely give me more bits than I’ll ever need and they work great with this driver.

I’ll say it straight: I love Porter Cable tools. This whole 20V line has no business being this good for the price. I’ve got several of them now, and every single one performs like it’s trying to earn Employee of the Month. The tools are solid, ergonomic, and feel like they were designed by someone who’s actually held a tool before — which is more than I can say for some brands. And the batteries? These things hold a charge like they’re clinging to life on a cliff edge. I swear I’ve used one for half a weekend and it still blinked at me like, “That all you got?” For the price point, they’re an absolute steal. If these tools were people, they’d be the dependable friend who helps you move and brings pizza. Highly recommend.

Es un excelente atornillador de impacto la verdad que hace su trabajo bien aun que tengas que ejercer algo de presión en algunas ocasiones para que el tornillo no se barra y entre bien fura de hay funciona bien y le dura mucho la batería
