Where can I start. The remote did not have a battery. I purchased a CR2025 from walmart and the remote is DOA it does not work. The use plug insert broke after a couple of uses. this is very poorly constructed. It's just a piece of junk don't bother wasting the $14 Skip this POS

I liked this device and it worked very well. It was controlled by an IR hub linked to my smart home so I could switch inputs with voice commands. After only 4 months of usage its internal USB power jack broke off. There is no way to fix it and there is no way to use it. Very frustrating.

Works great even works with Xbox one some other models the Xbox will not register but this one works great

Barely put any pressure on it at all and the USB jack broke off. Poor design

The only problem I have with this is the remote control only worked for about a week. Now it won't change using he remote. Broke after a couple months bought another on it worked for 2 days..

Has a mind of its own sometimes. Keep it in reach... it likes to change inputs at random.

The unit worked fine with the button on the top, but the remote required a battery that cost me $3.99 and it didn't work after I installed it. Got a full refund minus the $3.99.

This is my second, both power connectors fell in the unit when I moved them around.The HDMI connectors seem strong and it has good specs so it is a shame.

Ne fonctionne pas du tout. L'image est pixelisée et le son griche, même avec différent fils HDMI. Plusieurs tentatives et rien ne fonctionne.
