Do we need to give full dose daily to cure white spots??

No. Do as per instruction given. Need wayer replacement after 2-3 days. Or use it in Hospital Tank for better usage.

How long should we use this medication after our tank gets infected with white spot disease?when can we add any more fishes

Don't add new fishes , just use this and replace with fresh water on tank half volume of water on every 3 days for 4 to 5 cycle . The spots will cure after 5 cycle just replace the entire water in tank , monitor.the fish for 2-3 days then add new fish slowly

Yes the water turned blue and my poor little gold fish died the next day. I don't know exactly what chemicals are in it but it killed my fish. I used to use a blue solution from another company but that one suited my fish very much.
