The flavour is great but it's much more expensive than the Knorr Chicken Noodle and Minestrone versions. Because of that I only buy it once in a while.

Good additional menu maker adder to tin of noodle soup for xtra stock and also added to 1 or 2 pot noodle cups x makes up a substantial daily soup stew type meal chopped tinned potatoes a good additive roo

Not a long use by date

A colleague gave me a recipe using this dried minestrone soup 50 years ago. I dice chicken or lamb liver and gently cook with a little butter for a few minutes. Add dried soup with some boiling water and keep stirring and adding water til sauce thickens then simmer. Serve it with chips. Our children always loved it and liver is good for you too. I recently made it when my brother and sister-in-law visited and they loved it and are going to make it regularly. They would have cooked it regularly too if they’d known. Enjoy.

Tastes nice. Easy to make and you get a lot. Good value for money

I don't use this as soup directly. I make my own homemade Minestrone soup. I use this pack as part of the seasoning. And the effect is truly delicious. Homemade Minestrone is very healthy and I love it. This pack makes it taste even better. I am also pleased with the seller; it arrived well ahead of schedule and was packaged well.

Always delicious! I love this base for minestrone soup. Please know that I add: a can or boxed beef stock instead of water/ browned ground turkey meat & onions/ a bag of frozen veggies. When all is combined in crock pot, I use a small can of tomato paste. So delicious & easy to freeze.
