GOOD QUALITY UNIT WITH BUILT IN FLOAT SWITCH BUT HAS WIRING TO USE WITH MANUAL SWITCH

Reliable and still working although it has been used a lot.

I have cut some channel drainage into the front of my property. It's a long way from the drain so I put a 200mm sump at the end and pumped the water in 21.5mm pipe. It works great and I no longer have flooding at the front of my house. If you are pumping over any distance a check valve will be needed as this pump doesn't have one.

Set up in sumps by the house, one each side, they prevent the rising ground water from getting under or into the house. Also, as it only pumps as necessary I-no longer have to set up siphoning hoses to drain it which meant checking the clamps on the two hoses every few hours to stop them emptying which always meant having to back fill 50 metres of hose all over again, which, over weeks on end, was tough.i run mine with a car battery and trickle charger for each pump to make it fully automated.I love my bilge pumps. :)

Bought this to replace a faulty Whale Supersub. This Seaflo is a third of the price of my previous bilge pump and fits just as well.

Ho creato un pozzetto dove confluiscono anche le acque dell’asciugatrice: con questa Sefalo 750 GPH l’acqua viene rilanciata rapidamente nella condotta principale. Cablaggio semplice (nero –, marrone/bianco +, marrone per pulsante manuale). Rumorosità contenuta e scarico potente: restano solo pochi centimetri d’acqua. Ottimo prodotto per uso domestico; presto aggiungerò un sensore di livello per sicurezza. Rapido, efficace e affidabile!

I'm not using it in a boat but in a cellar with a leaky water tank. This little device detects when the water rises to a certain level and then pumps it out of an attached hose. Does exactly as I'd hoped.
